On top of Mt. Subasio

During the retreat we shared a picnic on top of Mt Subasio above Assisi.
Afterwards we did our Tai Chi practice on top of the world !!!

Nature Tai Chi is provided during the retreats, for those that are interested.
Tai Chi is naturally meditative, centering & relaxing.
