Bruce has been leading retreats worldwide since 1983. He is currently living in Napa Valley California with his wife Ruth.

He is the author of The Magical Child Within You, The Heart of Healing, Monastery without Walls, My Little Flowers, Simple Peace and The Calling of Joy.

Ruth, a devotional dancer from childhood has been teaching movement as a spiritual practice since 1985.

During the retreats she leads people in Sacred Movement Ritual, a meditation in movement. This is a series of 9 moving contemplations that help create peace and wisdom.

Members of our “Little Flower” Community help to keep the Assisi Retreat Center available for guests. They have a deep connection to Assisi and heart-based meditation.
