Retreat Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your place on the retreat.
The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file six weeks prior to the start of the retreat.

Accommodations & Overflow Rooms
Accommodations are subject to availability. While we make every effort to accommodate guests at Hotel Posta, occasionally it may be necessary to arrange a room at another nearby hotel. Alternate accommodations may involve an additional charge of up to €250 for the retreat. If an additional charge applies, Assisi Retreats will notify you and obtain your confirmation before booking the alternate accommodation.

Cancellations & Refunds

All payments made to Assisi Retreats, including the initial deposit and final balance, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Because unexpected circumstances can arise, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that provides coverage for the full cost of your retreat should you be unable to attend.

Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance soon after making your retreat deposit. Please review any policy carefully to make sure it provides the coverage you need, including retreat cancellation or interruption when applicable.

Travel insurance may be available through SoVenture or another travel insurance provider of your choice.
Insurance costs and coverage vary by traveler and policy.

By registering for an Assisi Retreat and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
